Advanced solutions · AI assistants

First they have to find you.
Then the system has to answer.

Once visibility starts working, people get in touch — often exactly when you cannot pick up. AI assistants are the layer that takes that first conversation.

PILOT · IN DEVELOPMENT

Let us be honest: for now this is a pilot — a concept and an optional extra, not a finished product for every business. We do not sell it as a standard service and we do not promise it with a website.

Limits, not promises

What the pilot does, and what it does not claim.

What it does

  • Answers visitors’ common questions.
  • Uses confirmed information only — services, prices, timescales.
  • Says plainly that it is an AI.
  • Says plainly when it does not know something.
  • It will run entirely in the visitor’s browser.

What it does not do

  • It does not close deals and it does not produce quotes.
  • It does not replace a person on the phone.
  • It does not answer questions outside the confirmed knowledge base.
  • It sends nothing to us or to third parties.
  • It is not a public service yet, and it does not come with every website.
How it works

No external AI service. Literally.

This is not a marketing phrase about privacy — it is a description of the architecture. The pilot is not currently running on any page of this site; this is how it is designed and how it will work once we switch it on.

01

The knowledge base sits alongside the site

A public file with confirmed information about services, prices and timescales. The same source a visitor sees on the pages.

02

The search will happen in the browser

The assistant will search that base locally. With no calls to OpenAI, to Google or to any other provider.

03

Nothing will leave the device

What you type will not be sent to us or to any third party.

04

Which is why there is no monthly cost

There is no API billed per question. That is the reason the pilot can exist at all.

How we handle data is set out in detail in the privacy policy, in the “Digital assistant (AI)” section.

Honestly

When it makes sense, and when it is overkill.

You get the same questions every dayit may make sense
Enquiries arrive outside working hoursit may make sense
The offer is complex and needs explainingit may make sense
The site is not getting visitors yetvisibility first, not an assistant
You offer one clear serviceprobably not needed
You want it to replace the phoneno — it does not do that
Common questions

What people ask us most.

Is an AI assistant part of every website?+

No. For now it is a pilot and an optional extra, not a standard service. We assess it separately for the projects where it makes sense, and we do not present it as a feature that already comes with every website.

Where does the assistant get its answers?+

From a public knowledge base that sits alongside the site itself — confirmed information about services, prices and timescales. It will not invent answers outside that, and it will say plainly when it does not know something.

Where does what I type get sent?+

The pilot is not yet running on any page of the site, so there is currently no field to type into. When we switch it on, it will run entirely in your browser and will not be connected to any external AI service — no calls to OpenAI, to Google or to any other provider. What you type will not be sent to us or to any third party.

Can it replace a person on the phone?+

No, and we are not building it for that. It can take the first conversation and answer common questions. A serious enquiry still goes to a person.

More on what an AI assistant can realistically do, and what tends to go unsaid about it — in the guide Can an AI assistant really help a small business.

makes sense for you?
