Service · Maintenance

A website runs when you don’t.
Someone has to watch it.

A certificate expires, the form stops sending emails, a plugin goes unpatched — and you usually notice when a customer rings to tell you. Maintenance is how we notice it first.

A golden fingerprint above a mesh of lines — a symbol of identity and access
Ownership and access

The keys are yours.

Maintenance means somebody has access to your website. So let it be clear from the start who owns what: the domain and the business email are in your name, and we are the administrator doing the work. If one day you move on, nothing has to be bought back and nothing has to be asked for.

  • The domain is in your name. You are the owner; we hold administrator access in order to work.
  • Access is handed over. On request you get the credentials for everything that is yours, without delay.
  • Certificate and backup. HTTPS is renewed on time, and a copy of the site exists at the rhythm of your level.
The work you don’t see

Four things that break websites quietly.

We check them at every level — so that we notice them before your customer does.

01

Uptime

Whether the site is up at all — and whether it opens the way it should.

02

Certificate

That HTTPS is valid and renewed on time — an expired certificate drives customers away with a browser warning.

03

Contact form

That an enquiry from the site actually reaches your inbox — we check with a test submission, not an assumption.

04

Backup

That a copy exists the site can be restored from — monthly or weekly, depending on the level.

Prices

Six levels. Fixed prices.

All prices are monthly and final. No “from”, no compulsory subscription, no long-term contract.

In short: Monitoring and Technical are for a site that rarely changes, Site STANDARD for a business that changes its content at least monthly, and Growth, Shop and Application for systems that revenue depends on.

Work beyond the package: €32 an hour, in half-hour steps; hours do not carry over to the next month. Emergency call-out: €60 an hour, one hour minimum, we respond within 4 working hours. The minimum term is three months — except for Growth / SEO and Application, where it is six — after which it runs monthly with 30 days’ notice. We also work without a package, on call; the hourly rate for that arrangement is agreed in advance, with no guaranteed response time.

Server racks beneath a glowing cloud — a depiction of constant availability
While you sleep

The site is on at night too.

A certificate expires at three in the morning, the form stops sending emails on a Friday, a plugin updates itself and something breaks. None of that picks office hours — so the checking can’t either.

  • Regular checks. Uptime, the certificate and the contact form, at the rhythm of your level.
  • A copy that actually exists. A backup the site can be restored from — monthly or weekly.
  • You hear it from us. The aim is to spot the problem before a customer rings you about it.
An illustration of how a response runs

When something does go down.

The order is always the same — and it is always written down, so it doesn’t depend on anyone’s memory. This shows the sequence of steps, not a particular incident.

01We spot it

A check, not a report

Regular checks catch the problem — we don’t wait for a customer to report it.

02We get in touch

What went down and how long it takes

We tell you what we’re doing and how long we estimate it will take — before you ask.

03We fix it

Urgent things by the urgent procedure

A response within 4 working hours for anything that stops the business.

04We record it

It stays in the report

What happened and what was done is in the monthly report.

Where the job ends

Maintenance is not development.

We don’t offer “unlimited maintenance”. Every package has a number of hours, because every hour is real.

Included in the package

  • Monitoring: uptime, certificate, form
  • System and plugin updates
  • Backups at the rhythm of the level
  • A security check
  • Changes within the package hours
  • A monthly report (Standard and above)
  • Visibility and the Google profile (Growth)

Not included — agreed separately

  • New features and new pages
  • A redesign
  • Writing new content
  • Application and integration development
Common questions

What people ask us most.

Do I have to take maintenance?+

No. The build is paid once and the site is yours. You take maintenance only if you want someone looking after it for you.

What if I need more than the included hours?+

It is charged at €32 an hour, in half-hour steps. We tell you before we go over the allowance, not after.

Do unused hours carry over?+

No. A monthly package buys our availability, and availability can’t be stored for later. If you need something more flexible, we also work on call, without a package — the hourly rate is agreed in advance.

What does “reply within 2 working days” mean?+

That we will get back to you within that time and tell you what the problem is and how long the fix takes. We are not promising everything will be solved in two days — that would be a promise made blind.

What counts as an emergency call-out?+

The site is down, form submissions aren’t arriving, the shop isn’t taking orders, a breach is suspected. We respond within 4 working hours, at €60 an hour. A new page “for tomorrow” is not an emergency — that is ordinary work.

Do you maintain a site you didn’t build?+

Usually, yes. First we review it, then we tell you what we’ve found and on what terms we can take over maintenance — the price of that review is agreed in advance. If the system has no documentation, or we don’t have full access, we will say honestly that we cannot guarantee a response time.

Final price for the service. VAT is not charged, as the provider is not registered for VAT in Serbia. The final scope and price are confirmed in a written quote before work begins.
